I want to thank Melanie Vanderveer for the front page story about Daisy in todays pocono record and Adam Richins for the photos. You can view it on www.poconorecord.com. Well a lot of exciting things have taken place. Liberty builders is going to be the one to oversee this poject.Thank You Peter. and Sean from Sanofi pasteur who will be working on this project as well.Thank you to every one for all your prayers and support and to the 20 area businesses that display Daisy's collection bottles. OH! One more thing HAPPY 16TH BIRTHDAY to our son Shawn and please don't forget to visit the Unitedway stand at the West End Fair.

There is HOPE!!! The United way of Monroe County is putting Daisy and the Blue Mountian Church on the community work day for Sept 4th 2008 along with approximately 56 other families.In order for this to happen for Daisy they need to get donations for Supplies and Volunteers to help out with the conversion of our garage to a steril bath /bandage room. Donations or gift cards for Lowes, Crammer's lumber or Homedepot would be greatly appriacated.You can send them to us at RR4 Box 4314 Kunkletown PA 18058 or Contact the Unitedway of Monroe county at 570-629-5657 ask for Chris. Daisy has had a good weekend.On saturday she had PT with Maureen and got the stand positioner adjusted to her she will be spending at least an hour a day in it once she gets used to it.Also we took her to drop Jess off at camp victory where Jessica is serving as a camp counsler for children with Dermitoligy problems, Daisy loved the short visit to the camp and insisted that she walk back to the car from Jessica's cabin. She was able to walk over a hundred yards hanging on to Daddy's arms.Today she had her dressing change even though her legs are deteriorating again and she has alot of new break down she handled it well, and once down the stairs acted like nothing happened and it was time to play.There are two short video's of daisy on youtube you can find them under Daisy Sherman and Daisy Sherman 2.
